When you arrived the neighbourhood was remarkable at first sight. It was filthy and the grass was uncut probably for weeks. You peeked out through the high fence and glanced pigeons locked into a cage. They were neglected and stuffed into a relatively small cage. You decided to go over and help for the little animals to escape. In the afternoon you noticed the owner was having a nap in the garden.
