So this could be the perfect place for you to live in, until you will figure out what else to do. So you went to that house, but once inside, you decided that it’s better not to move in, because the house is in ruins and could be dangerous. Now you want to get out, but the entrance got blocked and you are trapped. Find a way to escape. Best of luck!
