The JBC is now functioning as a whole, but it’s real hard to do our work efficiently. With Jolly Boy’s gone, people are more uncertain and the criminals became braver. We have a lot to do and in a short time, because the taxes are falling really fast and the treasury is starting to dry out. We’ll soon loose the advantage we gained with Jolly.
