In the past, that house was owned by an old man who died in that house. As he died there, his soul is now trapped inside and needs someones help to escape. So you went there to find the pot which contains the soul of the old man and release it. What you didn’t know was that the house is haunted by many other ghosts too. So once you entered the house, they didn’t like your presence and locked you inside to torture you. But you won’t give up on your mission.
