You couldn’t own a dog since your apartment wouldn’t allow it. You didn’t want to encourage pet stores as well. So to fill in for the lacking fluffiness, you visit your friend Rosaline. She works at a rescue center. On your off days, you would help her out with the animals they rescued. You would either feed them or help Rosaline give the animals some pampering. What you couldn’t take helping her with was caring for the wounds. You wouldn’t get squeamish. But your heart was easily torn apart. Your eyes would get blocked by tears. And you wouldn’t be able to see clearly. So you stay away from those as much as possible except for times of emergencies. Rosaline would always leave on time as her friend was always eagerly waiting for her. She had a dog named Cocker. Sometimes you would take Cocker for walks.
