He saw what he did but decided on fleeing the scene. Luckily, the lights changed to green and you could follow him. Catch him and make him pay for what he did. You should call the police if he doesn’t want to pay. You have to use tactics to lure him into a trap, or else he just drives off. Good luck and be careful not to get hit. Hurry before he escapes!
