He also asked you to smuggle her medicine into her meal every night because she had been refusing to take it but it was essential to her. When they left at first you cope with her well. On the third night when you strated to eat your dinner you realized you run out of medicine. You wanted to rush into the pharmacy but found the entrance locked.
