One night, the girl was walking on the riverside as usual. It seemed her beauty didn’t avoid Zeus’s stare and the God of the Olympos ascended in the shape of a handsome and fit young man. He wanted to seduce the girl, but she refused him just like she did with the mortals. Zeus became furious and wanted to force out a kiss, but she was fast and ran away. Zeus started to chase her, but then Hera, the wife of Zeus, appeared and helped the girl by turning her into a tree. People say, she’s still in this forest, standing tall and beautiful.
