They don’t care for years and years, but when someone comes, who’s interested in buying the property, then the owner magically wants to fix the house in a few days. This is the case now. There are huge rat colonies on the property and the owner needs you to get rid of them. I can only imagine what huge monsters you’ll face. Not to mention how creepy-looking this houses. I hope there aren’t any ghosts. Let’s go, finish this job as soon as possible, take your payment and leave.
