Maybe it’s because i am just eleven years old and he is afraid i would spoil the content of the barrels somehow. But today morning i ignored his prohibition and entered the vault without his consent. It soon turned out to be a mistake. Suddenly i felt the scent of something strange, like some kind of gas. It was the by-product of the fermentation and it started to take over the space from oxygen.
